It ain't easy securing the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity when hordes of godless Marxists are intent on destroying our constitutional Republic and our God-given liberty, but someone's got to do it. If not us, who?

Let's keep our internet channel well financed and in fighting trim!!

Our site is funded solely by contributions made by liberty loving patriots who enjoy and use it.

We are beholden to no political party.

No advertisers, no outsiders, no sugar daddies, no corporate string pullers.

No commercial ads. No annoying pop-ups. No ad tracking. No mail campaigns. No spam.

Definitely no government subsidies or tax breaks.

We are self-funded, fiercely independent and enjoy our freedom to speak plainly in the support of God, family, country, liberty!!

But we cannot exist without you.

If you have not yet made your donation, today would be an excellent day to do so.

Every donation counts no matter how big or small. If you can donate $5, $10, $20, $100 or more, it would be greatly appreciated.

Your loyal support makes Free Republic possible and your continuing participation makes FR the number one pro-life, pro-family, pro-small government, pro-defense conservative forum on the Net!!

And we're going to need FR now more than ever to combat the current crop of Marxists and progressives who have infested our government and public institutions and who are dead set on destroying the final remnants of our cherished constitution and our precious God-given liberty!!

Please click the secure server link above or donate by mail to: Free Republic - PO Box 9771 - Fresno, CA 93794

Make it a monthly if you can. We have some very generous FReeper sponsors kicking in an extra ten bucks for every new monthly signed up. We already have 27 new monthly donors this quarter.

Or send in a hundred dollars or more per quarter and join I_be_tc's growing list of 300 Club patriots. I_be_tc sends in $100 per quarter and challenges 300 others to do the same. And we have received 135 donations of $100 or more so far this quarter. If we could get 300 FReepers to send in $100 per quarter, these FReepathons would complete much faster.

Send in 25 and help keep freedom alive!!

Thank you all very much!!

God bless.

Thank you, my dear friend. I hope to be back on my vitamins and exercise in a few
weeks, depending on my follow-up visits to my oncologist and my plastic surgeon.

I stopped taking vitamins or any type of pills at all so that they would not cause any
complications with the drugs/ anesthesia/ or anything else they might have messed up.
I am looking forward to taking them again. Vitamin C is especially important because
it preserves the skin.

I believe you’ll be back to your routine soon.

IMO, you were wise to hold off on the vitamins while you were receiving treatment, which took precedence over all else. But you don’t feel right when you’re not taking them, do you? I know I don’t. Anyway, it won’t be long, I hope and pray.

(hug)

Yes. I am going to slowly reintroduce my vitamins. I will have to work my way up to the regular dosages, and it will take several weeks to do so, but I will be back in my vitamin/exercise routines eventually, and not really all that far in the future.

Thanks for the hug, but watch the stitches! ;-)

You’re very welcome, my elegant friend. (love your graphics!)

It’s snowing here and has been since dawn. The weather bannister says we’ve had five inches so far.

The weather tree is very hazy, which means it’s still coming down at a good clip.

We haven’t seen the lawn since yesterday afternoon. Sigh...

Thanks, sweetheart.

We’re having heavy, cold rain here today. Mr. T and I came down with some rather nasty food poisoning Friday night, so we were not quite a sprightly as usual the rest of the week end. :) It’s going to be a long time before we eat crab again.

How are you feeling? I hope that they gave you some good meds.

They gave me hydrocodone and acetaminaphen in one pill.

I’m supposed to take two pills every four hours, but I only take one because the pain has not been that
bad since I woke up in the recovery room. I will probably not finish the prescription because I do not
take drugs for no reason, and my pain is little enough that there is no sense of taking more than I need.

I’m feeling all right, but there are a couple of pesky spots that are still leaking a bit. Again, not too bad,
but I’m not going to my follow-up appointments until I stop bleeding entirely. I have some stitches to
come out as well.

No redness or swelling near the incision? As long as the leaking remains clear, and the bleeding stops soon, all seems good to me, but I’m not a doctor. I know what you mean about the pain pills. I can handle a certain amount of pain.

Try to sleep as much as possible, even though I know that can be difficult when you’re feeling uncomfortable.
