What is missing from the article is how the people not willing to work manage to survive? How many are living in their parents' basements? How many are getting unemployment benefits? Disability? Other government handouts?

The next set of questions is how many of these people are working in the gray market? The black market? Organized crime? Gangs?

Those are great questions.

I do know several families where the Grandparent is supporting the entire younger generations. They live in modest homes with a combination of support from the Grand parent and the Government.

When the Grandparent passes on they will be in big trouble.

free phones....food stamps...handouts at Thanksgiving and Christmas...free toys and presents at Christmas...unemployment and when that runs out, disability...govt pensions...the list is endless....
