Florida added 20,050 private-sector jobs in October – more than doubling the 8,580 jobs gained in the same month a year ago, according to a regional employment report released Wednesday by payroll and human resources firm ADP.

Don’t know what criteria they use, but AFAIK, Florida is only behind Texas for job creation the past few years.
