Why is it that when it comes to a border fence, legislation is passed, but no appropriations made - ergo, no fence.
But, then turn it around to Øcare... legislation is passed, but in this case, appropriations are somehow locked-in - ergo, we are forced to have Øcare.

Nowhere in the article do I see mention of the fact that this guy got $400 million in taxpayer money to help develop the bill, while at the same time the administration had him out speaking about it - make that shilling - as an independent analyst helping the public to better “understand” it - this is fraudulent and the good doctor should go to jail.....

He also thinks Scott Brown is an idiot and Gruber is a bit confused as to how the vote went down in the Senate.
