Think of it as test driving plastic surgery: You wouldn't buy a car without driving it, seeing how it feels when you sit in the seat. So why should breasts be any different? The New York plastic surgeon who developed the "insta breast," a saline injection into the breast that gives the impression of implants for 24 hours, is now working on a method that would last two to three weeks.

This reminds me of an episode of “Designing Women” when Mary Jo inherited some money that she was supposed to use just for herself and consulted a plastic surgeon about breast implants.
She brought home several sizes to wear around town to see how she’d like it. It was hilarious and sad at the same time. In the end she decided against the operation and purchased TV telephones for her and her office mates instead!
