I wonder what the statistics are for post op gender surgeries so far as regrets, nonregrets, suicides or being satisfied with the results.

It's probably pretty grim if the people were really honest. Of course, no academic or gov't institution would ever fund such a study as it might counter the meme.
The problems are inherently psychological and I just don't think that mutilation mitigates the issue.
