Well mainly because the job picture is not actually better.
If 100,000 people lose full time jobs with benefits that is 100,000 jobs lost.
If those same 100,000 people get 2 part time jobs each with no benefits, according to the Government and liberals we had an INCREASE of 100,000 jobs.
According to those workers the Government and liberals are lying sacks of crap!
And the voted accordingly

Thanks for the response. Without doubt, you know, however, that your "blessed" status today with regards to your family's job status is not that of millions of families in America today.

Though blessed in many ways, and though devout in their belief and trust in a loving Heavenly Father, many of those citizens, nevertheless, have been betrayed by those elected to lead their government, and are beginning to see through the counterfeit "statistics" now being promoted to them, and they found a way to express that betrayal through their local ballot box.

We’re on the same page.

And my 32 acres un KY, which I bought two weeks before the 2008 election, is partly there as a bug-out location for my progeny. We moved there permanently from Seattle in 2011.

Correct. We don’t need the government to set minimum wage; we need businesses to be free to grow, so wages will set themselves.

Simply lies. It doesn’t take much sense to look around at all the democrat “prosperity” and know the job numbers are lies.
