It’s a FARCE. There is NO WAY they can pass the peripheral vision part of their driving exam. So yes, you can legalize them, but no, none will be allowed to drive anyway.
the idiots on the roads here may have peripheral vision but I rarely see it demonstrated in practice.
I’ve taken a Saudi driving test. There’s no peripheral vision test required. It involved looking into a vision testing machine with road sign icons and telling the instructor what sign you saw and which way the arrow pointed. That was all.
