The GOP would have passed the Dream Act by now if Obama hadn’t done executive amnesty. That’s 2 million Democrats and probably their parents as well voting.
The law hasn’t been enforced for decades and half the idiots in the GOP caucus think Obama can enforce the law for a few months then pass amnesty lite.
Obama will threaten to shutdown the government and the GOP will cave.

What worries me is not the tactics Cruz might contemplate, but if, IF, he is committed whole hog to stopping the ruptured duck Senate from expediting the Obama Program over the next 60 days.
I have absolutely no problem with Cruz positioning himself in the best mannser possible for 2016. But I also want a reputable "Republican" (Whatever TF that means nowadays) to lead, LEAD I say, a grass-roots spine-stiffening, testosterone-improving campaign among the wishy-washy namby-pamby timid SOBs who will be the Senate majority for the next two years. That's because these RINOs have a most unfortunate history of campaigning Right and voting Left. If they do their constitutional duties, they will leave this Obama aberration high and dry without a cent to spend on any of his more insane "projects." Idea: His cabinet, including Joey Plugs, must be made to see a reason to bring The Mombasa MF to heel, or force him out.
The only way I know of, is filibuster.
Supporting vote fraud in the guise of preventing “vote suppression” should also be a show-stopper.
