While they are making changes; why don’t they consider punishing the people who chose to abuse it?
Yeah! Allow three different verdicts - guilty, not proven, and innocent. You prosecute someone, and they are found actually innocent, you lose your job and your pension. You prosecute someone, withhold exculpatory evidence, and are found out - you lose your law license and you go to jail.
