As dysfunctional as california republicans are they did a legit job of obstructing the dems as the minority party up until the dems got their super majority. And things got a lot worse, fast, when that happened... This is not a huge deal as dems still overwhelm the state, but it is good news. Its like getting some morphine to treat your cancer, you are still dying, but at least you don’t have to sell your house to finance transgendered bathrooms.
