“Surely he has someone around him who can communicate to him how tone deaf it would be for him to act by executive order,” Sen. Bob Corker (R-Tenn.) said in an interview Friday. “Surely he understands how divisive that is and how it really would start us off in exactly the wrong place.”

No, Bob, he does not. And Leahy and Schumer have just signaled that the Democrat Senators are standing with the President and doubling down on executive amnesty.

This is a critical test. What is the Republican Congressional leadership going to do about it?

Knuckle under, as you have in the past? And lose every iota of momentum you've captured?

Or stand up and fight? At least giving yourself -- and the country -- a chance to win?

What would be the point of that. He is already guaranteed to be a half billionaire by doing the rubber chicken circuit. He is the First Black POTUS. He will command $500,000 + per speech and get it.

The honest truth is that he has damn near destroyed the Democrat Party in six years. Does he want them all to go with him like Hitler wanted Germany to go down with his death?

There is the slight problem of the Commander in Chief commanding an army with tanks and bombers. I am not sure that I would be interested in ‘going over the top’ with my .22 Rugger and Thunder .380. I think it would end badly when they sent a mortar at me or opened fire with an Apache helicopter.

I think the Republicans have something up their sleeves. Both Boehner and McConnell were almost Daring Obama to take executive action.
I hope I’m right and the Pubbies have carefully mapped their moves in this political chess game.

Not saying it will go down that way. Just speculation.

But I don't count on odinga choosing the wise or rational course. I believe he is a Marxist. The question is: how committed a Marxist is he?

This must be the new, conciliatory Obama we’ve heard about from the media.

The Republicans had better wake the hell up.

Oh, what the hell am I saying, they want amnesty too.

I am saying that I will be glad to fight a civil war when you pick up a gun and storm the White House. When you get done let me know how it worked out.

I also stressed that a real fear is a coup. A serious member of the military may not like an executive sponsored foreign invasion of the country.

I am saying it is a very dangerous game that the Mulatto Mussolini Benito Obama is playing.

Would you rather be illegally does it, or your GOP betrays you and passes amnesty?

That’s it! He needs to be impeached.

That would play into his hand. He is an anarchist. He wants the Constitutional tumult. Impeach and he would be revered. He would reach levels of endearment as if he was assassinated. Kennedy was considered by the public a mistake until he was killed. There was no end to the reverence for decades. Obama was made irrelevant during this last voting cycle by his own party. He is now trying to make himself relevant by signing an executive order to spite the new majority. If Congress plays Obama's game by bringing articles of impeachment it will give the left political clout. Impeach? Why do you think Biden was chosen as VP? To be a real replacement? No, to be a such a poor replacement that Obama would be protected.

I loath the man and everything the creep represents. I fear for our county because of the damage he can bring to our country as Commander in Chief and foreign affairs. America did not vet this troublemaker so we got an inferior product. For the time being we are stuck with an evil man at the highest level of government. However; the level heads will hamstring the twerp. The Constitution is so constructed in that any fiat needs the power of the purse to be affective. We have two years of hell before us but Obama will so poison the democrat brand that true conservative forces will prevail for decades to come. Consider that two thirds of state legislatures are R. Thirty-two governors are R. Obama and the left are boxed. The push back from the states will be immense. Obama and the media have been discredited. Race baiting and false wars on women, etc fell short. It is time to laugh and ridicule the left. Congress needs to shine Obama on. He will go further into irrelevant tantrums. He is a petulant little prig that overestimates his ability to dictate his agenda. That is his greatest weakness.

There was no challenge when Obama had his DACA Dreamer amnesty in 2012 that to date, has legalized 580,000 lawbreakers and provided them with work permits, and documents to allow them to travel freely in and out of the country. An estimated 1.8 million are eligible for DACA.

That’s not the way that sort of war works.
The target of the insurgents isn’t the other guys army but the other guys population. Which no army can protect from millions of their armed neighbors.
Consider Iraq, Syria, Algeria. And in those places there really are limited numbers of motivated insurgents. The potential numbers in the US are, in comparison, tremendous, and the warring sides are much more likely to actually be neighbors. More like Rwanda.
Yes its ugly but that is the way of modern ideological war.

I had a breading-crusted fish filet sandwich at the golden arches the other day, and no pumpkin but a cherry turnover.

And I don’t want to hear about ‘pubs breaking bread with Urkel.
I want to hear they told him, “OK, we won, and here’s a list of our demands.”

Some are speculating that odinga wants to be impeached so that he can play the victim and garner the support of 'victim' classes.

When he either "contracts" ebola or is "martyred" by some other means, remember how much quality time he spends with the Hollyweird crowd. Lights, cameras, action...

Impeachment would be just and satisfying, but also something explosive that the Marxists would use to tear this country apart. Nixon was allowed to quietly slink away to retire and write books. If there had been an actual impeachment, this country would have likely been violently divided. Still, the Republicans have to grow a spine and forcefully oppose The One. They have to make it clear that Obama isn’t a king.
