Obama wants the ultimate seal of martyrdom ....impeachment.....I think instead he will get a court challenge fast tracked to the Supremes....but I understand Congress can’t get it into court... someone else will have to challenge him
And THIS may not take long. The have said that the people will have to call for his impeachment. If he does this, and I think he will, the people will call for his impeachment.
I believe he WANTS to be a martyr and will force it.

Seriously, this is explosive stuff. Coups have been launched for lesser reasons. The Roman Republic fell because of these Cesar tactics. This is down right scary. What is even more frightening is according to the ‘inside reporting’ nobody forcefully warned him about such a possibility. A stern. "Mr. President. If you declare any form of executive amnesty, you will be impeached and we will arm twist people in your own party to the point of lethal threat to have you removed and then prosecuted'

good thought and the best strategy. They should also take the opportunity to educate the American public that our government is not run by the President but that the congress and the court are co-equals. Isolate the imperial president and show the people how grownups handle a petulant child.
BTW I am not trying to criticize impeachment. I am trying to look at it as a marxist might.
The choice for this country: choose to have your remaining freedoms stripped away via amnesty, or fight a civil war. From what I have seen, conservatives blow a lot of hot air about the latter while letting the former happen.
Never. But I think I would like my baked salmon better and this time will use a little brushed on olive oil before sprinkling the herbs. Then some superdelicious scalloped potatoes sliced with my 2mm disk for the food processor. Will use some can’t think of the special cheese, grated, gruyere, had to hunt for the name of it. Then a Cobb Pasta Salad I just found and want to try.
