The only immigration reform we need is simply to enforce the immigration laws we now have. We had far superior immigration laws before Terd Kennedy got his hands on it.
I can think of a couple improvements on illegal alien control...how about a decent bounty per head, and imprisonment with hard labor for the illegal border crossers.
