Jon Stewart jokes around a lot on "The Daily Show," but some subjects like voting are even too serious to kid about for Stewart. Appearing on CNN with Christiane Amanpour to talk about Tuesday's midterm elections, Stewart was asked if he voted. The late night host responded "no" saying, "I just moved. I don't know even where my thing is now."

I think he was telling the truth when he said he didn't vote. I'm sure it'd be simple for someone to find out if he did.

I agree, I’ll bet he was serious about not voting, but later had to pretend he’d been kidding because it looked really bad.

When you make a living being a smartass, people don’t know when you’re not lying. This will really confuse the stoned kids who think his show is “the news”.

Vote participation records are public. A good reporter would look to find out if he voted or not.

Here Jo, type “how to find my polling place” in your search bar and it will come up with this:

http://www.vote411.org/enter-your-address#.VFvfefnF_Sg

and then you fill in your address ( look outside your door, since you are new to the place) and they will come up with the address of your polling place.

You can use your UPS for the rest. Don’t forget to pick-up your “I Voted Sticker” to wear on your lapel. I did.

He’s the one of the 2/3 of the electorate that didn’t vote, as Obama mentioned yesterday.

That’s okay, Jon, Obama said he hears you, mind reader that he is.

But did Obama hear from you, that you did not want to vote for his policies again. Is that really why you didn’t vote.

“I shouldn’t have done that. That was stupid.”

...I’m sure his actual vote was equally as stupid.

It’s a matter of public record. Easy to fact-check this.

Yup, lazy and rather brag about not voting, which is hipper.

He did not see the Rock the Vote PSA from Whoppi to go out and vote. Oh, wait, she did not vote in the 2010 midterms anyway.

It is the elitist, do as I say, not do as I do.

Freepers such as goldstategop and Norm Lenhart didn’t vote either.

Obama’s pretty sure what they are thinking also, and will be promptly acting upon their behalf.

This is kind of making me mad. Even though, I don’t want him to vote, he should not be trying to effect the electorate either. It’s like an illegal who protest against our laws.

Yes, he is eligible, but what he really wants to do is destroy our country, for sport or revenge, I can’t tell, but he should just clam up from now on, if he can’t officially make his mark and be called accountable.

Were goldstategop and Norm Lenhart’s protest votes against rinos? That’s a lot of anguish.

But Stewarts professes leftism, advocates it and spreads it, he should have followed through, otherwise, he is a paper tiger, which by half-measures, is okay with me, but it looks bad to the pajama boys out there. Ha HA. Maybe they will follow and stay in moms’ basement for all the other elections.

We should forward this story to OKeefe. That guy has great investigative skills, and love humiliating powerful liberals.

According to the tape, when asked by Ammapur about the upcoming elections. He said according to the pundits the Republicans will win and if they do... [Transcribed by me]

“They are going to win a lot of restaurants and lobbyists, K Street. The only thing they don’t get is, I think,is the presidency in this election. But,if it goes the way they want, enough votes, they may get that too. Obama may have to leave as well.

They may get everything that they want, and from what I understand, their first order of business is to destroy and Isis and eradicate Ebola. If the commercials, they have been running are to believed.”

He seemed when he said that he didn’t vote that he was not kidding.

“NO!” He said adamantly. He didn’t know where he “thing” was because he moved to another state.

Haven seen the retraction tape, but it probably looks like a hostage tape.
