Can you pick and chose which portions of the 2000 page bill were perfectly legitimate and ought to remain in effect?

I’m not ok with any of it.
But I’m not going to pretend like sending up a full repeal, just to have it vetoed, just to get everyone on record, is much more than a waste of time.
Like who doesn’t know Democrats all supported it and All the GOP didn’t?
If you are going to do it, at least get something out of it other than restating the obvious.
