President Obama gave a post-election press conference in which he pretty much took a pass on all of that stuff about acknowledging the public’s rebuke of his party or seeking common ground with the Republicans who will now control a co-equal branch of government.
Instead, he “reiterated…that he intends to use his executive authority to stem deportations of some undocumented immigrants before the end of the year.”
In other words: amnesty for millions of illegal immigrants, on the unilateral authority of the president.
The President has always been pretty free about making petulant threats to bypass his domestic opponents. He hasn’t been very effective at following through. It would cut into his golf game too much. How long ago was it that he talked about having “a pen and a phone” and not being afraid to use them? Instead, he has spent a lot more time with a golf club in his hands.
In short, this is all bluster, and Obama doesn’t have the political hand or personal initiative to back it up. Time to call his bluff.

Once it is on/into the books, it never comes out....not in practice it appears.

Call his every bluff. Hand him every bill that the House has passed in the last 4 years, whether he signs them or not. Advertise that fact. Stop every attempt to nominate any judges.
He will continue to campaign so we should too. If Congress has the time and feels like impeaching him it probably would fill some time.
We have existed for six years without a real president. It won't hurt to wait two more years for him to implode on his own.
We all need to resist him to his face. That is the only way to handle a bonafide psychopath.
Never realized that with a series of executive orders, the POTUS can totally and permanently destroy the country while the other two branches of government just stand by, fat and happy.
King Obama is going to carry through on his immigration executive order no matter what republicans do.

He was just waiting for the election to be over to implement it.
He will act fairly quickly to undercut republicans before the new congress is even sworn in.
Maybe it will be announced over the Thanksgiving holiday or on Christmas Eve and spun as a compassionate act.
Any subsequent action republicans take in response to another of his unconstitutional and illegal executive orders will be spun by the pro-Obama media as sour grapes and will backfire on them.
Let us get the language right. Obama is not granting Amnesty to illegals and criminals and terrorists, he is leaving the borders wide open for immune invasion while incarcerating AMericans at the hands of the foreign invading nations.
This is a classic Marxist suicidal attack provocation of war and terrorism. Cause some outrageous burden and bloodshed to find the victim’s anger and blame the victim.
We are way past impeachment and would not be surprised if in the coming mess we are going to get nuked by Chicom.
The only way to stop this is for individual States to assert their sovereignty in this and Amnestize themselves from the Federal Government encroachment and disrexpect of jurisdictions.

Swing oversaw the Border patrol, and organized state and local officials along with the police. The object of his intense border enforcement were "illegal aliens," but common practice of Operation Wetback focused on Mexicans in general.
The police swarmed through Mexican American barrios throughout the southeastern states. Some Mexicans, fearful of the potential violence of this militarization, fled back south across the border.
In 1954, the agents discovered over 1 million illegal immigrants.
Article 2, section 3 of the Constitution says that the president, “shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.” I miss the rule of law, but that disappeared once we no longer had a president who was eligible for the job or who cared about preserving, protecting, and defending the Constitution of the United States.

McConnell, after he was re-elected, announced that the Republicans were not going to do anything to make waves. Republicans will show they are serious by NOT electing Mc as Majority Leader. He has pre-emptively surrendered to the President and to Reid. If the Republicans prove their credentials as the Assistant Democrats, as Mc desires, then voting Republican in any subsequent elections is nonsensical. MC has always wanted Amnesty and will fight conservatives in the Senate to get it. With Reid reduced he can get a Republican Amnesty bill on the Sultan's desk maybe before the Sultan decrees it. That will be a great victory for Republicans and a total loss for Americans. Those Amnestied millions will be fiat citizens before the next election. The political effect will be totalitarian and permanent, at least until the economic collapse and breakup.

They have to set the agenda and define the conflict before he does.
They can't deal with confrontations with Obama as if he was a normal opponent playing with established rules and laws.
He doesn't care what they say or do or what laws he is breaking
Warning him he "will poison the well" is just seen as a challenge to him.
He knows republicans will work within the rules and try to avoid appearing aggressive, vindictive or ungentlemanly in the media.
Meanwhile he will run around like a berserk Adolf Hitler, ignoring laws, conventions, traditions, doing whatever he pleases knowing the media will have his back.
