That’s someone who is REALLY off his game. So much so that I wonder about whether drugs are involved, or “merely” his mental stability.
Maybe the Cabinet needs to invoke the 25th Amendment and have him examined by competent docs. Do it discretly, like when he’s supposed to be on vacation or golfing, BUT DO IT.

Folks, begin watching him closely for signs associated with heavy use of anti depressants/anti psychotics and psychotropics. I am serious here. Twitching/tremmors, more slurring than usual and that general ‘in the fog mannerism.
Not his typical stuff. I mean signs he’s heavily medicated ALL THE TIME.
