It is time for Charlie Crist to realize the simple truth:
He doesnt inspire people to come out and vote.
Yes, he was once a popular governor of Florida. But times change, Crist changes, and the electorate changes.
And it is time for him to realize his political career, at least as an elected official, really doesnt have much future.
He lost four years ago when he left the Republican Party and became an independent to run for U.S. Senate. Marco Rubio left him in his dust.
Tuesday night, against a vulnerable Gov. Rick Scott who not long ago was named the most unpopular governor in America, Crist had a chance to win back the state. He couldnt do it.
Yes, you can blame South Florida Democrats, particularly those in Broward, for not getting out to vote. In an election this close, every vote was important.
You can blame Mitch Ceaser, head of the Broward Democratic Party, for not getting out more of the vote.
You can blame Debbie Wasserman Schultz, chairman of the Democratic National Committee, for not getting out more Democrats, particularly nationally.
But the fact is, Crist has lost the ability to inspire.

He’ll get a show on MSNBC.
As he said on the good commercial “I’m a trial lawyer” he could go back to Morgan & Morgan!!!
Need someone to superimpose Crist's head into this pic.
Rino Fasano who endorsed tanny Crist needs removed!!!
Hope you doing well, better???
man,
Trial lawyers as a rule are greasy but this guy is made of pure lard.
I havent seen much of Scott in 4 years. Thats good......................
And that’s typical for Florida governors who don’t have much to do. A notable exception was Bob Graham who had his work days. He would take an ordinary job for a day every month or so.
Bob Graham got rid of the state auto inspection system. That’s a very good thing....................
Thoughts on a future for the Orange Menace?
