A majority of voters? Meh! One judge will flush the will of the people in a pen stroke.

States need to pass constitutional amendments specify that whenever a state judge or panel of judges overturn a voter approved initiative, then the legislature shall hold impeachment hearings to decide if the judge should be removed from office.

Exactly. It just doesn't matter what Americans want. Illegals will be pushed on us.

“One judge will flush the will of the people in a pen stroke.”

True, and in the past nobody challenged it. But my understanding from hearing Mark Levin is that the legislature really does have the final say. They just need the knowledge of the Constitution and some guts.

It doesn’t have to be this way.
