Personally, I think he looks relaxed and content. Could he be relishing the fight, which fits right in his wheelhouse?

Obama looks really pissed off. “Time for us to take care of business”. He’s talking loud and fast. Must have a 3:30 tee time.
Congress has five weeks to pass the budget and he hopes they will do it in the drama-free way they did in the past.
Can’t wait another two or four years for plan to put in place for our future. (WTH?)

My notes about BHO’s appearance: I think he looks happy and refreshed and clear headed. I think he’s very happy today. Seriously. Now, on to what he’s saying:
