Oh, my goodness. She is grown!! How did this happen. Of course, my Piper will be 8 this next January. Can’t believe that either!

I do remember! It was so touching to see how much they appreciated us being there for them! I’ll never forget that. :)

The other thing that was touching, is how some of the “big, bad bikers’, went upstairs to fetch some of the Vets because the facility was short of help.

I remember one tiny old Vet kept hanging on the hand of the guy that went to fetch him!
That made my heart smile!

Those bikers were the best of the best! Made Maine proud that day! :)

Now that’s an event I could enjoy! I did see the last Titan rocket go up at Canaveral. It was very impressive!...and at night so you could really see the flames as it lifted off.
