Peruvians-not noted for having a sense of humor when you murder one of their chicas.
I believe Sloot-suit and his highly paid and highly corrupt lawyer have been after the authorities to have him moved to Aruba or some EU Club Med type of jail.
I'm guessing someone has been too slow with the pay-offs to the Peruvian Gov or they wanted more than this little slug was worth-in any case probably a moot point by now.
