Opponents of gun control believe laws restricting gun usage infringes on the Second Amendment right of American citizens to bear arms. Ummm...no they don't. That sentence makes no sense. It should be:
Opponents of gun control believe laws restricting gun usage infringes on the right of American citizens to bear arms.
What the 2nd amendment does is ensures that our right to keep and bear arms is not infringed by the government. We all have the God given right to protect ourselves. Keeping and bearing arms enforces that right. Taking away the 2A does not take away that right.

Ever since Ted Kennedy’s 1968 anti-gun legislation, the would-be controllers of humanity thought they had it in the bag.
They do not wish to ‘protect’ anybody but themselves, and see an armed, thinking populace, as a direct threat on their lives.
Then, to all those that feel the groinal need to control, know this:
“I refuse.”
