UPDATE:
Live TV from KUSI in San Diego. There is a private plane waiting to take the Sgt and the family home to Florida tonight.
He is on American soil .. according to KUSI.
www.KUSI.com may be running live feed - haven’t checked. They are saying that the plane is at Brown Field (SE of San Diego), and the prison was in Tecate.
