It is the site of the original temples and ancient Christian churches as well. It was until the medieval sons of pig f’n dogs came in, killed off Christians and Jews, tore down their structures and built their mosque of abomination. As we all know, anywhere a muslim takes a crap is sacred ground and they claim it for islam in perpetuity.
I’ve been there and touched the remaining wall of the Second Temple. Very cool!
