It ain’t the debate moderators. It is the GOP establishment. They fight candidates supported by the base and do nothing when they do manage to get control.

I’m convinced the GOP liberal hierarchy manipulated the primaries to ensure that Romney would win and thus become the nominee. If they do the same in 2016, I’ll still vote, but I will write in Ted Cruz. Call it a wasted vote or ensuring a Democrat win, but I will not hold my nose and vote for another Republican liberal. The party will not tell me who to vote for.
That would be something for a late night parody show. "Act of Love" Jeb will be down there leading a mariachi band as he invites the rest of Mexico into the former USA.
