The flag is not only inverted (upside down,) it’s also a mirror image. This suggests that the person(s) who printed and/or distributed the leaflets doesn’t read or understand a word of Arabic. Most likely, a new convert who is trying to carry favor with ISIS.
OTOH, the whole thing could be a scarecrow, so to speak. If it isn’t and the guy is caught, he should have an “unfortunate” accident or get “suicided.”
