Have a Remington Nylon 66. Shoots better than my much newer Ruger 10/22, even though the Rem 66 is beat to hell and has fired thousands of rounds.

That is an old classic.

I don’t remember who did it, but I recall a promotion where a shooter fired thousands of rounds thru a Nylon 66 with no malfunctions.
