TX. AG, ABBOT, said:

“You should immediately instruct your lawyers to withdraw the city’s subpoenas,” he added.

So she hardly backed off because she saw the light, as the article - and you? - imply. She knew she couldn’t get away with it - couldn’t get past Abbott.

If not for an AG like Abbott - this would’ve been the first of many more pushes against Christians via the gay/lesbian agenda. There will be MANY more challenges to install acceptance of THEIR way of life upon us all - another one already in motion: transgender neutral public restrooms.
