Unless the Supreme Court permanently goes "out to lunch", this crap will never stand. Libs whisteling past the grave yard.

Let's assume the gang of nine act rationally and uphold the constitution.

We have to be prepared for the executive branch to ignore them. What do they have to lose?

That’s the overall general attitude of our entire governance now....what they will loose pales by what they will gain...collateral damage isn’t their concern.ever.

That’s a question I’ve pondered before - given courts contempt authorities, could the supreme court in holding the executive or legislative branches in contempt actually have them jailed until they halted the contemptible activity?
