Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel has ordered all military personnel returning from Ebola response missions in West Africa to be kept in a 21-day quarantine.

Hagel signed the order Wednesday morning, according to the Pentagon, accepting a recommendation from the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Technically, you are right. Hagel was an immigration reform sponsor, and he endorsed so many democrats for Senate that it’s hard to remember his official party affiliation.

It will be very easy for a terrorist to infect the military in the hot zone. I doubt security will be tight enough to infect them. Plus, it would look like we think we’re better than everyone else.
