Once voter fraud is determined, conservative groups need to start suing state officials for condoning it. That’ll get their attention.

A local couple called 10News concerned after they received an envelope from the state's Obamacare website, Covered California. Inside was a letter discussing voter registration and a registration card pre-marked with an "x" in the box next to Democratic Party.

BOOKMARK THIS Each state's Secretary of State is required to check into all cases of reported voter fraud. Course a Dem won't. But many states have Repub Secy's of State. They should be notified about illegals registering via O/Care.....and fraudulently plugged into Democrat voter rolls.

CASE IN POINT: In 2002, Louisiana Democrat Mary Landrieu was forced into a run-off. She was under-funded and labeled the underdog. Her vaunted charm offensive seemed a liability. So she and her Democrat operatives mined every ghetto, housing project, crack house, ho house and Nursing Home in New Orleans for votes.....needless to say, she won by a hair.

....the NC State Bd of Elections discovered the illegal voters Tuesday when the DMV ran a search for DACA licenses. The DACA recipients on voting rolls will be sent letters requesting documentation that they are citizens. NC DACA beneficiaries are able to obtain drivers licenses, but are not able to vote.
The Winston-Salem Journal notes that it is likely more ineligible people may still remain on the voting rolls. Nearly 10,000 names on the rolls are tagged by the DMV as "legally present"..... But that doesn’t mean that all 10,000 are ineligible to vote. These were not US citizens when they got a license. They may have been green-card holders, foreign workers or foreign students, for example.
Earlier, election officials did a sample cross-check of 1,600 of the 10,000 “legally present” names against a DHS database and found that 94% were eligible to vote.....that means if the ratio held for the whole 10,000, 600 people would be ineligible...in a state where the Senate election is a dead heat. A DMV spokesman is now cross checking all the names....early voting is set to start Thursday.

A public records request from a political candidate isn’t unusual, but the volume of materials Ernst’s campaign is seeking in five ays right before an election isn’t typical, several auditors said.Iowa Code Section 22 allows public records custodians a “good faith, reasonable delay” in providing records if they’re trying to figure out whether the documents are confidential, but the delay shouldn’t exceed 10 business days.

ITS THE 21st CENTURY--EMPLOY THE DEFINITIVE CRIME-FIGHTING TOOLS ---DNA tests and harvesting of fingerprints on a sampling/percentage of absentees could determine if forgery was committed... even one falsified ballot would expose the felonious MO, and possibly negate the entire absentee vote fraud.

If the rodents steal this mid-term, there might in fact be a civil war in this country. I live in TN. There are maybe two rodents per thousand here. Elsewhere they have serious rodent problems. I think any margin less than 10-12 % guarantees a rodent theft of an election.
