Yep, counter is NOT moving. This means, less attention on the YouTube popular list, and less advertising as ads automatically go once the hit count goes.

This is normal. It should reflect reality in a few hours. You can actually see that the likes outnumber the hit count. The like counter is a better indicator than the hits a video receives.
