75-Year-Old Man Who Told Airport Security “I am not Muslim am I?” Escapes 6 Months in Jail ( UK )

Clearly the UK is still a moderate Muslim country. He wasn’t beheaded, was he?

(Note: this joke may be illegal in the United Kingdom. If you read it and chuckled, report immediately to the nearest police department that is busy ignoring Muslim sexual abuse of girls.)

....

In a free country, eyes would have rolled and the queue would have marched on. But in the West offending Muslims is more vigorously prosecuted than actual Muslim terror.

...

The court knew that they didn’t have enough material to work with so they played a waiting game and blinked. This time Big Brother lost, but Big Imam still won.

I stay away from airports, my tendency towards sarcasm will one day land me in jail, freedom of speech ceases to exist as you approach the parking lot, in so many places, the UK is just a precursor to the inevitable in America.

Never thought I would live so long as to see the current miserable state of affairs.

The officers and prossecutors that bring charges like this up need to be publicly shamed and mocked. otherwise, it’s only going to get worse. and for that matter the security guard needs to be fired for making a false claim. Until people in power are afraid of the consequences of giving into overzealous political correctness they will always err on the side of caution which is in this case giving in to PC. organizations like CAIR are becoming too powerful and there isnt really any organized counter groups (that im aware of). Maybe i’ll start a group called “Dont Cair”

That goes for me, too. It looks like all of the leaders of the Western world went both stupid and crazy at the same time. Doesn't that seem more like a planned occurrence than happenstance?

Both Canada and the UK..are closes relatives seem to be abandoning free speech.
It does not make me want to return to either place because I might actually exercise my God give right to speak my mind or the truth.
The State Dept should be issuing warnings to US citizens traveling in these countries that they do not have legal protection of free speech and they can be prosecuted for some off hand comment that offends a Muslim.

Enough to send shivers down my spine. Almost like an Orwellian nightmare from which one mercifully wakes up. I have a quote that came to mind.

Whom the gods would destroy, they first make mad.
Euripides born 486 BC.

I would throw in a little Shakespeare from the comparative freedom of Canada. For those involved in this swinish overkill.

A pox o' your throat, you bawling, blasphemous incharititable dog.
Sebastian in The Tempest. William Shakespeare.

They know who they are.

Whoops, my bad.

Incharitable

It is the correct spelling as was used then by Shakespeare.
