I remember meeting and thanking John McCain back in 94’ before he went total RINO on us. I am embarrassed I took a picture with him.
You know, just recently I trashed the few images I’d collected toward that effort,
as it became more and more obvious that Rand Paul was no more viable than his
esteemed Pop, and even less so in some areas. You still reckon
he’s worth the effort?

He's not worth it, but I'll make one defense for the effort ... we will unfortunately have RandyPaul threads (way too many) over the next couple of years spouting his relevance. The paulbots will be out in force spamming their cheerleading.

I do believe that you have absolutely hit on a truth here. The media is "pumping him up" as the alternative to Ted Cruz (only to beat him up later ala McQueeg). The 'other guy' they did this to was the Huckster in '08. Look for Rand Paul to be photographed like this in their efforts to make the loser into a 'contender'.
And just like the arrogant dupe Huckster, Randy will fall for it too.

I am too busy to watch videos so thanks for the summary. It is not good that some blame terror on misguided Muslims. In fact, the terrorists are faithful Muslims and they are staying true to their religious beliefs.
