New York Times: 'Democrats Show Obama Their Tail Lights'

From the New York Times:

WASHINGTON — Bracing for a difficult election in just over a week, when they could lose control of the Senate, Democrats exasperated with the White House are already moving to pin blame on President Obama, whom Republicans have made the centerpiece of the campaign.

Even optimistic Democrats say they have little more than a 50-50 chance to retain their Senate majority. Senior elected officials, strategists and donors have begun to openly criticize Mr. Obama, contending that his low popularity and some ill-advised remarks have proved toxic for candidates trying to distinguish themselves from the president to appeal to swing voters.

Democrats were stunned last week when (Obama) said on Al Sharpton’s radio show that Democratic candidates who have done so much to distance themselves from him “are all folks who vote with me.”

What a narcissistic ass. He just can't wrap his brain around the fact that people are no longer swooning and fainting at his campaign rallies, but, they are, literally, walking out on him.

Democrat GOTV efforts....The stupid party has no plan to counter the Dems and I think the election night “surprise” is going to be how well the Dems did.

Yep. Just ask Mitt Romney how shocked he was that he lost in 2012. His crowds were huge, Obama's crowds.... not so much. But, on Election Day, people waited in line, sometimes, up to 3 hours to vote. It the GOTV ground game that wins Elections and the 'Rats are one up on us in that area.
