The doctor who was recently diagnosed in NYC after running around all over at least two boroughs was asymptomatic when he arrived, but was supposed to “self quarantine” so that a recent infection would have time to manifest itself. Obviously, he didn’t, and neither did the nurses in Dallas.
This makes it clear that medical personnel cannot be trusted to self-quarantine. Sorry, guys; you may think you’re special, but you’re not. I don’t think her lawsuit will go very far.

A bit too broad. Actually I think Nina Pham did adequately quarantine herself. At least she did not run around, take airplanes, etc. To the best of my understanding, she did interact with family members and with her boyfriend & her puppy, no one else.
Of the othres, I agree that they leave a lot to question in their total violation of all common sense regarding what the word ‘quarantine’ means.
...and I forgive Christie for the — was it a bridge debacle? A highway debacle? See, I forgot already. Christie is looking good to me now....but it is only October 2014.
