Correct. There are plenty of places women can do good work, but the front lines ain’t it. I speak as a former military officer who is female.

What percent is that? For men, it would probably be 80% - 90% that could make it...For women, are we talking 40% - 50%, 20% - 30%, 5% - 15%...at some point, economies of scale have to kick in...do we spend 80% of the training dollar on the 20% of women who MIGHT qualify?
