I have heard this over and over. The Hispanic vote is generally centered in lower socio-econonmic circumstances (as are growing numbers of non-hispanics)which is a group that will never vote against what they perceive as their own financial self-interests which unfortunately involve “other peoples money.”

Agreed. The “affirmative action” crowd got there first, and even those who aspire to better things are be showered with grants, scholarships, and other loot from the tax collection booty merely because they have a Hispanic surname.

True with any immigrant population... but it is the next generation that needs targeting... the children of those immigrants.
