Appearing at a Boston rally for Democrat gubernatorial candidate Martha Coakley on Friday, Hillary Clinton told the crowd gathered at the Park Plaza Hotel not to listen to anybody who says that “businesses create jobs.”
“Don’t let anybody tell you it’s corporations and businesses create jobs,” Clinton said.
“You know that old theory, ‘trickle-down economics,’” she continued. “That has been tried, that has failed. It has failed rather spectacularly.”
“You know, one of the things my husband says when people say ‘Well, what did you bring to Washington,’ he said, ‘Well, I brought arithmetic,’” Clinton said, which elicited loud laughs from the crowd.

lol!!!!! me neither! I was just staring at the article elsewhere and when I saw your ping I realized that I'd had the same reaction. All sorts of rejoinders and snappy comebacks kept starting to come to mind and they all fell flat in the face of such unbelievable mindlessness.

Bill Clinton did leave the country’s money in better shape, but it was because of the Republican Congress that pushed him to reign in the entitlement programs and work before welfare. Not what he would have done on his own or with a Democrat Congress.
So that is what she means.....she is trying to ride into office with Bill’s financial record.
Since ignorant Hildebeast claims businesses don’t create jobs and trickle down economics don’t work, it makes one wonder if trickle up economics works any better. In other words did any one ever see a poor slob giving any one a job? As usual, Hildebeast is engaging in the same old worn out socialist rhetoric appealing to some of the brain dead masses as usual, lapping up this garbage hook line and sinker and begging for more. Will people ever learn ?
If I had anyone that worked in my shop that ever voted for a democrat I would immediately fire them and play this Hillary clip for them.
