So it is Russia, and not the U.S., that attacked Libya, Iraq and is now dropping bombs in Syria?
Putin stirs trouble like the Soviets always have - via proxies. Then stands back and whines “Who me?”
Not getting the response you were hoping, Ivan?

Dropping some bombs and firing some missiles is one thing. Actually being “in control” where nations cooperate willingly with us in order to stop real aggression is quite another. Our foreign policy has been inconsistent for 30 years. We lost our moral high ground long ago.
W Bush had some of that type of cooperation during his part of the Iraq war, but then it was squandered by Obama who has projected weakness and a U.S. willingness to withdraw from the world stage. Power abhors a vacuum. When we withdraw, someone else takes its place. Usually people who don’t like us and aren’t very nice.
Obama has supported those who hate us, hate American ideals and republican form of government. Heck, he hates those things too.
Obama has given support and aid to those who also hate Israel, the one true democratic nation in the Middle East. Obama has left our allies high and dry. No one trusts us anymore.
Putin has never hidden the fact that he wants to restore the Russian regime. He KNOWS what he wants to do and he will get it by force if he thinks he can get away with it. He projects force for conquest. We used to project a force for good in the world. No more.
That’s what I meant when I said we have not lorded our power in the world for a long time - yes, our military is still the envy of the world. We can still throw a lot of hardware and weapons at enemies, but our ability to inspire other nations to follow our lead is gone. Our military is weakening, it is being destroyed from the top down.
