No. The GOP led House and Senate has demonstrated to the defacto-Dictator-In-Chief that enforcing the law and the Constitution is not their job. His Heinous therefore understands he can do as he likes with impunity.
Without the will and effort to enforce the law, we have no law at all except that which is decreed by those in power who will muster enforcement via intimidation, threat and punishment.
Obama could rape a 9 year old white boy on camera, and not a thing will happen to him, because there is no one in government willing to hold him to account.

(a) homosexuality is now an alternative lifestyle; and
