Whenever I visit NYC and see signs for the “Robert F Kennedy Bridge” I shout (to myself),”damn it,it's the Triborough Bridge,an icon of American enterprise and ingenuity.Robert F Kennedy isn't fit to have a *sewage treatment plant* named after him,let alone the Triborough!”

ditto RFK Stadium in Washington, DC.

We can express great sadness that RFK was assassinated, while still questioning his impact on history, and whether he deserves to have public places named in his honor, in my opinion. One doesn’t exclude the other.
