"Why are the white passengers cheering her? Why is she drinking wine?"

Those are the most interesting questions about this video, particularly the applause from some of the (apparently) white passengers. The fact that a black woman goes on an anti-Chinese rant is not particularly surprising, but it is surprising under these circumstances.
