Ha...Obama previously instructed the various states to "Deem the illegal immigrant children as homeless"....so they can attend local schools without any medical documentation....
so the various States just "DEEM THEM RIGHT BACK" as "Non-Self Reporting Individuals"....and deport them pronto.
