How does that undo what happened in the past? You can’t make theft go away by giving the money back

Why not? That's all that the Clinton/Gore team did when they got caught taking illegal foreign campaign contributions from China (in exchange of technological secrets).

The IRS may have inadvertently figured out how to win its legal battles against aggrieved tea party groups: Give them what they wanted in the first place — tax-exempt status. That was a major reason a Republican-appointed federal judge on Thursday threw out two lawsuits brought by more than 40 conservative groups seeking remedies for being singled out in the tea party targeting scandal, a victory for the IRS

Has the judge never heard of the old chestnut:
JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED.

When this judge rots in hell, I won’t be sad.

When Lois Lerner gets a debilitating disease and rots in hell, I won't be sad.

” kinda like somebody robs you at gunpoint, gets caught by the cops and gives you the money back but never goes to court for the robbery since you got your money back... “

Excellent comparisn.

” Any Conservative or Christians that still believe that Conservatives and Christians can receive justice through the Court system today, is a fool.”

Correct.

The government is now past the point of governing from authority derived from legitimacy.

It now only governs based on the threat of force.

We’ll comply, for now, but they need to understand that they are not legitimate and have not more moral authority than the mugger on the street corner.

” No, it’s more like your life insurance company illegally cancels your policy while you’re undergoing cancer treatment. After you die from lack of medical care, they reinstate your policy. “No harm, no foul.””

Both of you are correct, just a different approach.

Depends on what the grounds for the suit were.

“But, I do think that or something close is what he was thinking.”

I don’t. I think its like all other cases where the IRS is
challenged. They are not going to loose no matter what. If
you destroy the IRS you destroy the full faith and credit
of the United States. You destroy it’s ability to tax
the people directly and you loose the only reason the
Federal Reserve will loan us money, the ability to pay
them back. This judge is just a puppet to the FED.

Now the IRS can shut them up just like they do pastors of churches.

Especially the wrong-thinking ones.
