And note that the glove on the person on the left is not tucked into the gown. The gloves are supposed to be tucked in to prevent any exposed skin.Actually, it's the other way around. The gloves are supposed to be pulled over the gown's sleeves.

That’s what I meant - the glove covers and seals off the bottom of the sleeve. Think we’re saying the same thing; I just said it badly.
