He may be right. Further down in the story is this:

Colorado’s new voting laws are a wild card in the race.
Every registered voter received a ballot in the mail last week, giving both Republicans and Democrats the opportunity to follow turnout in real time and pester holdouts. Coloradans can also register to vote through Election Day, allowing for the possibility that both parties could increase turnout.
Democrats boast that their ground game is better than ever.

Register on election day?? Ballots by mail?? It's made for Rat fraud. How many will arrive from out of state claiming they are new CO residents but haven't yet gone to MVD for their driver's license? How many will get ballots in the mail for someone deceased, moved or for someone who registered their dog and fill them out and mail back in?

Garner better have a real lead of 5% on election day to offset the fraud we know is coming.

If Garner loses by a slim margin he ought to fight like Hell.

The problem is that the Republicans have not been willing to talk about and fight election fraud.

That time for that nonsense is over.

“Elections” in this country are now officially a joke and the joke is on us. I think it’s time to get “election” officials from the lowest banana republics to come in to run our “elections” for us. Thanks Holder! Great job you’re doing bubba!

If voting mattered, it would be illegal.

Everybody and their mother knows the Democrats are going to steal votes this election just as they do every election. Garner ought to get a legal team ready much like Joni Ernst has in Iowa in case a recount is needed. Don’t take any chances with these desperate Dems.

Mail in voting should be illegal everywhere, as well as same-day registration. It simply is an invitation for fraud. You hear stories of people canvassing elderly homes filling out ballots and the patients have no idea who they are voting for.

Also, with regard to early voting, I have a real problem with that for several reasons. Everyone (to the extent practical) should vote on the same day. The reason being that there could be an event that occurs that might switch a person’s vote. Under early voting, some people are voting without all information that a voter on election day may have.

At this stage of the game I think we would be better off if all federal offices were filled by lottery. All registered voters in the pool. You serve one term by lottery and get one shot at reelection. If you are not re-upped by the voters, your replacement is selected by lottery from the pool. Two terms maximum. No accumulating power and wealth through multiple terms in office.

If there is going to be massive fraud, there should be a way to counter it through more massive fraud on the other side. Maybe a bag of ballots can be found that voted against the Dems; wear gloves.

Small time fraud can and does work; big time fraud won’t work because if it’s ubiquitous it’s too obvious.

To think that in these days of automobiles and public transportation, we “need” to have early voting, but in the horse and buggy days, before mass media and before widespread urbanisation, it was your own responsibility to know when and where to show up to vote, and to do it.

I never take these predictions of a take-over seriously until the election count is in.

As far as I am concerned, we’re trailing by three points. That’s the way we should play it.

We’re not out of it. We can still do it. We just have to get out there and do it.

This is why Secretary of state elections are so important and need to be backed up by good Attorney generals. Ruth Johnson and Bill Schuette are 2 of the best in the country in my opinion.

James O'Keefe has PROVED that VOTE FRAUD is going on!!! He was even told by some Democrat to go to Aurora GHETTO to get the ballots that had been thrown away because "blacks and Hispanics don't vote very much!

MAILED BALLOTS TO ALL is a RECIPE for VOTE FRAUD!!!

Colorado is a JOKE!

The country is broken. It looks to me like the Marxist scheme to divide and conquer traditional America is succeeding.

The CO legislature, controlled by Dems and with a Rat governor passed these new election rules (and the restrictive gun laws too) which are a recipe for fraud. Unless the incoming legislature and governor are Republican, their is no chance of making them fair again.

We elect our SOS and AG separately in Michigan.

I like it that way.
