To save the Republic, we must come together to defeat the Democrats. A weak Republican is better than any Democrat, because the Democratic Party has been taken over by Anti-American, ultra liberal elements. Thanks.

Dear Fellow Conservatives: If you love this country, with all of her flaws and faults, then you will join me, a black American, in realizing that a Republican victory trumps all individual agendas, goals and personalities this November 4, 2014.

I realize that many of you have no confidence in the Grand Old Party (GOP), and that is understandable. However, we clearly have a President who is detached from his fellow Americans. We have a President who came into office with the firm belief that America is fault when it comes to any disagreements between it and its enemies.

This is a President who within an hour of announcing the beheading of American journalist James Foley was on the golf course laughing. He is also the same man who is the Commander-in-Chief, which means he has the capability of sending our military into action. Moreover, he recently said that we do not have a strategy as yet to deal with the Islamic State, even though they have been on the march for months now, and his Administration knew of this terrorist organization. We have since launched strikes from the air, but military experts within and outside of the Pentagon agree that we must have boots on the ground. President Barack H. Obama has largely ignored his own generals.

The President is threatening to grant amnesty to nearly 5 million illegal immigrants; he refuses to close the border; threatens to sign a United Nations Climate Change Agreement, bypassing the Congress. In addition, he has changed the laws with regard the Affordable Care Act, effectively undermining the legislative branch. As a result, it should be clear that this man is a direct threat to our liberties and freedom, including the First and Second Amendments. Therefore, he must be the focus of our attempt to right this ship.

Mr. Obama’s chief enabler in the legislative branch is Senate Majority Leader, Harry Reid of Nevada. Mr. Reid is one of the most corrupt and disrespectful senators that this nation has ever seen; therefore, it is imperative that he is demoted with the coming election. Although Senator Mitch McConnell may not be the ideal conservative, he is a far cry from Mr. Reid. The House has sent over 300 bills, but they lie dormant on Mr. Reid’s desk. This confirms that it is not enough to have the House; we must win the Senate.

We, Conservatives, have let two critical Presidential elections (2008 and 2012) slip through our fingers because the Republican candidates – John McCain and Mitt Romney – were not considered “conservative enough.” As a result of our stubbornness and shortsightedness, we have twice elected a man who does not really believe in this greatness of our country or in the U.S. Constitution. It’s like voting for someone to head a sports team even though he doesn't believe in the team. In the private sector, he would have been fired after his first term.

It is my belief that he does not have empathy for the average American, so he will side with our enemies, such as radical Muslims, far more than he will side with the average American. In fact, he refuses to see the dangers imposed by radical, hateful Muslims. Due to his sympathy for Islam, he is likely to give Iran, one of our greatest enemies, a deal which will allow them to continue their march toward obtaining nuclear weapons, endangering both Israel and the United States. He has demonstrated that he is no friend to our greatest ally in the Middle East, Israel. He also exhibits more concern for citizens of third world countries, who seek to come to America, even if it’s done illegally and even if they may endanger Americans with diseases. The lack of travel restrictions on W. African nations that are the epicenter of Ebola is a clear case in point. This is also clearly illustrated with the plan to send boots on the ground, over 3,000 American troops, without adequate training to the Ebola hot zones, but he refuses to send boots on the ground to protect Iraq and the sacrifices made by approximately 4,000 American men and women to secure Iraq. Through these actions, he has undermined the security of the United States.

In light of the fact that Mr. Obama will occupy the office until January 2017, the most effective way to rein him in is to have the Republicans win the Senate and retain the House in November 2014. Even with moderate or weak Republicans, he will be reined in. A weak Republican is most certainly better than a Democrat who leans toward socialism and Marxism; this we must keep in mind.

As we now face the threat of the Islamic State and other challenges to the safety and soundness of this country, both physically and economically, we must look beyond having our ideal conservative candidate and focus on victory in November. The reality of the situation is that we must have candidates who are electable, and candidates who can bridge gaps without compromising. Please let’s not have “I’ll stay home until I get the right conservative” attitude. We cannot afford it any longer. When we withhold our support, the Democrats win. And now when they win, Socialism/Marxism wins.

We should also forego the belief that until we get the perfect conservative candidate we will stay home, shut ourselves off from the rest of the country; and let the country pay for electing socialist liberal democrats. We believe that we will be spared the ramifications of having ardent leftists run this country. We won’t be.

I hope that you will join me in not letting descriptions like RINO (Republicans in Name Only) take over the discourse. At this point, with our country on a precipice, labels like this are meaningless. The bottom line is, it’s better to have a moderate Republican than a liberal democrat in power. The moderate Republican may vote for the Obama/Democratic agenda some of the time, if ever. With a liberal Democrat, he or she will vote for the Obama agenda ALL of the time. This must end, if we are ever going to bring our country back from the brink.

Another important point that should not be overlooked: The only major party in this country to give respect to the Tea Party is the Republican Party.

Most thinking Americans can agree on one thing: Barack H. Obama should have never been elected as President of the United States. But, he was – twice. The chances of Mr. Obama being impeached are slim. Therefore, the only effective recourse that we, the American people, have at this point to is to defeat Democrats across this country on Tuesday, November 4th, 2014.

Thank you for joining with me, for nothing less than the safety and security of our beloved nation is at stake. Sincerely, BlackFemaleConservative All Rights Reserved. Please do not copy without permission. 10/22/2014

You're to be applauded for your 'against the grain' stand, and for a well-written essay.

And while I've no intention of getting sucked into an endless circular firing squad tonight, you might wanna rethink this assertion awhile:

The only major party in this country to give respect to the Tea Party is the Republican Party.

(there'll doubtless be a few along shortly to emphasize the point  d:^)

Agreed. I think the conservatives will come out and vote for Republicans in this election.

There could be a problem in the 2016 election if Mitt Romney gets the nomination.
Romney will still be a Mormon in 2016. -Tom

Good thoughts. Already voted, me and the wife, and it wasn't for rats. Now, my county has motor voter registration and voting by mail, only. I want this stopped and the process returned to the ballot box. Further, I want IDs required to vote and proven using an I-9 form. No illegal alien votes in any election. When you vote your hand is dipped in dye that lasts a week or so and is UV sensitive so if someone figures out a way to wash it off it will show up in their pores if they try to vote again. A person who commits vote fraud gets 10 years no parole. And a person conspiring to commit or inciting to commit vote fraud gets 20 years no parole. Second offense, death penalty both cases. Will the pubbies support this? I won't hold my breath. The integrity of the ballot is the single greatest issue facing America. More dangerous than even the federal courts.

I’m only voting for GOP candidates that are 100% against amnesty, and 100% against fag-marriage... and have demonstrated that they will fight on these issues.

I agree with you wholeheartedly; spoken very eloquently and passionately. May we also repent from our rampant wickedness as a nation and seek the mercy of our Creator.

I have no problem whatsoever with very harsh penalties for this. Plenty of people have suffered and died for that right. It drives me crazy that people are so cavalier about it.

Hear hear. First we have to get the Dems out of office. Then we can start worrying about getting the RINOs out of office. People need to realize that that’s a decades long battle.

Hear, hear...... That piece was brilliantly done.

Thank you very much for your efforts. There is a rather large block of Black folks that I flat can’t stand, but you are clearly not one of them. It is people like you that can make a difference.

Cheers,
